PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in the deadly mass shooting that happened in Grays Ferry over the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
The original porch video from the July 7 mass shooting in the 1500 block of Etting Street received national attention. Now, Philadelphia police have released new video that more clearly shows the bearded face, long hair and distinctive shoes of a suspect in the case.
The suspect is seen pacing the porch as others hide from the gunfire. Thirteen people, aged 15 to 24, were injured during the gun battle. Three of them were killed: 19-year-old Jason Reese, 23-year-old Zahir Wylie and 24-year-old Azir Harris.
