PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The Delaware Department of Correction says the whereabouts of 28-year-old Kyle Ashe are "unknown and unauthorized."

The Delaware Department of Correction said 28-year-old Kyle Ashe “willfully walked away from the Plummer Community Corrections Center” in Wilmington Tuesday night “after failing to return from an approved work pass.”

Police issued a warrant for his arrest.
