A Powerball ticket sold in western Pennsylvania won the jackpot Monday night.

The $213.8 million-winning ticket matched all five white balls — 9, 22, 57, 67 and 68 — and the red Powerball 14. It was sold in Allegheny County.

This jackpot is the first won in Pennsylvania since August 2022, when a $206.9 million ticket was sold in Westmoreland County. This is the 20th jackpot in the commonwealth since 1992, and also the sixth Powerball jackpot so far this year.

The lucky winner can choose between an annuitized prize of $213.8 million or a lump sum payment of $106.4 million.

Even if you didn’t win the big jackpot, more than 22,200 other Powerball tickets sold in Pennsylvania won prizes.

This current Powerball jackpot began rolling on July 3 and now resets to a prize of $20 million for Wednesday’s drawing.

“The Pennsylvania Lottery congratulates the lucky winner and our retailer for selling this big Powerball jackpot-winning ticket,” said Pennsylvania Lottery Executive Director Drew Svitko in a statement. “Thanks to our loyal players and our network of nearly 10,000 retailers across Pennsylvania, the PA Lottery is able to continue generating proceeds to pay for life-sustaining programs and services our senior population relies upon.”
