PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Authorities are trying to identify a man they say threatened to attack a SEPTA bus driver last week.

According to SEPTA Transit Police, a man threatened to assault a Route 9 bus driver on Feb. 18.

The first incident took place at 8:15 a.m. near Fourth and Walnut streets. No other details of the threat were provided.

Then around 2 p.m. that day, the man showed up at Allegheny Depot in North Philadelphia asking for that bus driver.

Transit officers did not note any weapons or reported injuries, but anyone with information about this man is asked to contact them at 215-580-8111.
