PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Authorities in Radnor Township, Delaware County are warning residents to be aware of their surroundings as they search for a sick fox.
Police said the fox bit a person while they were walking their dog near West Wayne and Highland avenues on Monday. The fox appeared to be sick.
The person was treated at the hospital. Their condition is unknown.
Police are looking for the fox but have not yet located it. Anyone who sees the animal is asked to call 911.
