PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A large sinkhole is forming in the King of Prussia area, near East Dekalb Pike and South Henderson Road.
Upper Merion Township Police say the sinkhole is behind the Walgreens along Route 202, prompting the closure of several areas, including the right side of Walgreens near the drive-thru entrance to the rear of the store adjacent to the Subway.
Police are asking drivers to avoid the area.
In July, a portion of the Chester Valley Trail was closed due to a sinkhole and in April, a section of Route 202 was shut down due to a sinkhole.
