PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are looking to identify a suspect and vehicle wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old last month.

Police say it happened on Oct. 4 near Frankford.

Video released shows the victim and alleged suspect were inside the Tab 2 Bar & Hookah Lounge before a gray Ford sedan pulled up outside as two people — one of them, the victim — crossed the street where the car was approaching.

The two victims seemingly sped up to get closer to the sidewalk as the car neared closer.

The 18-year-old was later found dead along the 4100 block of Torresdale Avenue.

Police describe the suspect as a man in his early-to-mid 40’s with a beard. He was last seen fleeing north on Torresdale and east on Adams Avenue in the sedan wearing a matching blue outfit with a hoodie.

A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the incident.
