PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A teenager who was sitting on his front stoop was among two people shot overnight in North Philadelphia.
It happened around 2 a.m. in Nicetown on North Carlisle Street, just off of Roosevelt Boulevard.
Chief Inspector Scott Small said at least 25 shots were fired. A 15-year-old and a 39-year-old man were wounded.
Witnesses said the victims were sitting on the front steps of a property.
The boy and the man were taken to the hospital and are in stable condition.
Police have not made any arrests.
