PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Three teenagers have been charged with spraying several homes in Allentown with semi-automatic gunfire, shooting a man, and stealing a woman’s car at gunpoint during a December crime spree.

The Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office announced the arrests Tuesday morning. Investigators said the trio was seen on video driving through the area of Ninth and Allen streets in a stolen car on Dec. 7, 2024, around 4:30 p.m.

Police said the video shows one of them hanging out the window and firing indiscriminately at pedestrians and buildings. At one point, one of the teens got out and shot a man, police said, then fled.

A short time later, police believe the group stole a woman’s car at gunpoint.

Police said all three teens — 16-year-old Marquee Bradley Carney, of Allentown; 16-year-old Naseer Washington, of Whitehall; and 17-year-old Amir Sims-Watson, of Easton — have been charged as adults with aggravated assault, firearms violations and related offenses.
