Officer shot during traffic stop dies

Jamie Roman, the Philadelphia police officer who was shot in the neck during a traffic stop in Kensington nearly three months ago, died Tuesday. Parker's town hall meeting

Since the Philadelphia 76ers announced plans for a new Market East arena near Chinatown nearly two years ago, much of the discourse surrounding the project has volleyed back and forth between supporters and opponents. This past week, Mayor Cherelle Parker entered the chat publicly for the first time, hosting a packed town hall at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
