The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office said police officers have arrested Derrick Randall, 25, after a triple shooting inside Ralph's Bar. The district attorney's office has charged him with 13 counts including one of attempted murder.
Authorities said that video shows Randall in an argument with a woman, followed by three or four men surrounding and engaging with him. Police said he then fired shot in and around the people at the bar, with bullets striking three victims.

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police said they have arrested a suspect after a triple shooting at a Northeast Philadelphia bar.
The shooting happened at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ralph's Bar on Torresdale Avenue in the Holmesburg neighborhood of Northeast Philadelphia.
According to initial reports from police, one man was shot in the face, rear end and leg. Two men, 33 and 38, were each shot in the leg.
All three victims were listed in stable condition and expected to survive.
Police said a weapon was recovered from the scene.
