PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Two people were injured, one critically, in a crash along Kelly Drive Thursday morning
Police say about 6:30 that two vehicles — a 2025 Tesla and a 2004 Honda were southbound on Kelly Drive. After they passed the Temple and St. Joseph's University boathouses on the 2200 block of Kelly Drive, police say the Honda spun out of control, leading to a collision.
The 37-year-old Honda driver was taken to Penn Presbyterian where police say he is in critical condition. The driver of the Tesla, a 26-year-old man, is in stable condition at Jefferson Hospital.
The crash remains under investigation by the Philadelphia Police Department’s Crash Investigation Division.
