PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police released new surveillance video of five suspects who they say surrounded a 27-year-old man in Old City, held a gun up to him and robbed him.
It happened on Feb. 13 around 2 p.m. at Second and Market streets.
Police said the group held the victim at gunpoint and forced him to withdraw cash from his bank account at the ATM. Then, they took off.
