PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man accused of throwing rocks and cracking windows of the District Attorney’s Office near City Hall.

It happened around 1 a.m. on Jan. 27 outside the office, located at 3 South Penn Square.

Video shows the man throwing rocks at the building, which shattered the front glass door and cracked two windows, police said.

Anyone with information about this suspect is asked to call 911, or call or text a tip to 215-686-8477. Tips can also be submitted anonymously online.
