VIDEO: 3 suspects wanted in Feltonville street shooting

Police say the men crossed a street, got into an argument, and one of them shot a driver

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia Police are asking for the public's help in finding the suspects who they say shot a driver in the city's Feltonville neighborhood over the weekend.

Authorities say it was just after 11 p.m. Saturday night when three young men walking along C Street toward Courtland Street disrupted traffic by crossing in the middle of the block.

A driver honked at the trio, and that's when police say they started shouting obscenities at the driver and one of the individuals fired three shots into the vehicle, hitting the driver in the left thigh.

The suspects then left the scene on foot toward Courtland Street, police say.

Police say one suspect had a thin build with a black Paradox-brand hooded sweatshirt, light gray sweatpants, light color slides and black socks.

The second suspect, police say, had a thin build with a thin mustache, short dread locks, a black and gray Under Armour-brand jacket, black pants and black sneakers.

Police say the third suspect had a thin build, a black puffy jacket over a red or orange hooded sweatshirt, black pants, tan shoes, and a black face mask.

If you see the suspects, police say to immediately call 911 without approaching the suspects. If you have tips about the case, police ask you to call or text 215-686-8477 or use this electronic form to anonymously share a tip. Police say all tips will be confidential.
