NEW JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — A Voorhees man has been arrested and charged for his alleged involvement in a fatal crash earlier this month.

Officials say on April 3, around 2:15 p.m., 30-year-old Stephen Sirch was driving on the Black Horse Pike in Hamilton Township when his vehicle struck 29-year-old Karina Castillo’s.

She was pronounced at the scene.

An investigation revealed Sirch was traveling at an “excessive speed” at the time of the crash.

He is charged with second-degree vehicular homicide and pending a detention hearing.
