PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A woman is dead and two people, including a child, are injured after a car crashed into a house in North Philadelphia Thursday night.
It happened just before midnight on North Broad Street near Medary Avenue.
Officials say the 32-year-old woman was driving southbound on Broad Street in a 2008 Nissan, made a hard left turn then accelerated and struck the porch of a house. She died from her injuries.
In the car with her was a 3-year-old and 34-year-old. They were taken to a nearby hospital and are listed in stable condition.
