The resort, which includes Bobbers Restaurant & Lounge, is the inspiration for the fictional Blue Cat Lodge in "Ozark." It's one of the main settings in the Netflix drama featuring Jason Bateman and Laura Linney.

Last week, it was announced that Osage Nation plans to develop a new $60 million entertainment district at the Lake of the Ozarks including a new hotel complex that will feature a casino, restaurants, entertainment, and more. For some fans of Ozark, that may sound strangely familiar.

The original eight cabins on the property were built in the early 50s by “Al” and “Honna” Vilmin – which is how Alhonna got its name

Another family bought the property in 1980, but it's now up for sale

Alhonna has 1,354 feet of shoreline on a 3.99-acre lot at the entrance of a cove on the Lake of the Ozarks’ No. 8 Mile Marker

The famous Bobber’s restaurant has a lounge & banquet center "that has become a lake staple," according to the listing

It's also just one cove away from two of the lake’s hotspots: Camden on the Lake/H. Toad’s and Shady Gators
