Horror fans, now you can own a piece of horror movie history.
The house used in the 1984 film “A Nightmare on Elm Street” is for sale.
The 2,700-square-foot home, located on 1428 N. Grenesee Avenue, is on the market for $3.25 million, the L.A. Times reported.
The house, built in 1919, posed as the exterior for the 1428 Elem Street house in Springwood, Ohio.
While the exterior has stayed almost true to the movie (the exception being the color of the door), the interior has a more modern style, according to the Real Deal. There’s three bedrooms with four-and-a-half bedrooms and includes a guest house and pool.
The house was last owned by “Hustlers” director Lorene Scafaria in 2013 for $2.1 million.
The deadline to put an offer is midnight on Halloween; however, if the pricing of the house is as scary as Freddy Krueger himself, you can visit the house on Halloween to grab candy.
