
PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Two men were injured after a shooting in Southwest Philadelphia Friday night.
Police were called to the 700 block of Paschall Avenue near Elmwood Park around 10:15 p.m. for a report of a person with a gun.
Upon arrival, they found two men, ages 30 and 22, suffering from gunshot wounds — one was in the street; the other, inside a gray Chrysler.
Both were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment. Police say the 30-year-old is extremely critical and the 22-year-old is stable.
Investigators say several parked cars and the front door to a nearby home were hit by gunfire.
As of now, there is no known motive, and no one has been arrested.
