PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Jarrod is a young man with a loving, kind and caring disposition.
He's looking for a family he can share his life with, including his love of the arts and Dr. Seuss.
Jarrod enjoys going to plays and concerts.
He lights up when he hears music and when he's sharing some of his prized possessions, including his Dr. Seuss books and collectibles.
The 20-year-old has special needs and communicates with the help of a device that gives him the ability to relay his thoughts and needs.
His social worker, Marian Kolcun, describes Jarrod as upbeat.
"His attitude is so up and positive, and that would be a great thing for any family to bring that right along with you everywhere," says Kolcun.
Jarrod enjoys soaking in the world around him, is very sociable, and he is a big kid at heart.
