Philadelphia City Council has approved a resolution authorizing a special committee to investigate why the parking garage in Grays Ferry collapsed last week. Three members of Ironworkers Local 40 were killed and two others were injured. Council President Kenyatta Johnson says the committee will hold public hearings, which will be used to track down the cause of the collapse.
