Floodwaters from nor’easter raising Jersey Shore fire risks days later

Last weekend’s floodwaters down the shore are raising fire risks days later. The Ocean County Fire Marshal’s Office said it has investigated about eight fires since the nor’easter. Floodwater coming into contact with electrical equipment may have contributed.
