Hazy conditions from Canadian wildfires don’t stop some Philadelphians from a day outdoors

The smoky, polluted air from Canadian wildfires is leading health officials to urge precaution, but, as KYW Newsradio’s Matt Coughlin reports, that didn’t stop some folks from a day outside.
