KYW's Mike DeNardo shares more about Sadie Tanner Mossell Alexander. She was the first Black woman in the country to receive a Ph.D. in economics -- but she couldn't get a job in Philadelphia. She left and returned to become the first Black woman to graduate from Penn Law in 1927.
