Police search for 2 teens in connection with fatal shooting of Penn State student

Authorities are looking for two suspects they say killed a 22-year-old Penn State University student in South Philly earlier this month. Detectives are searching for a pair of 16-year-olds: Kaiseem Smith and Azzubair Quten-Fleming, who they say robbed Billy Schmidt. When he chased after them, one of them turned around and shot Schmidt in the chest. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call police. Both the Feds and Philly police are looking for the teens.
