A man shot a guy and stole his e-bike in North Philly. It happened around 3 a.m. at 26th Street and Indiana Avenue.
Police say the gunman shot a 50-year-old man in the face and took off on his e-bike. However, he didn't get far because the bike had a flat tire. So, he ditched it about half a block away and ran off.
Police say the man who was shot is in stable condition.
