The warning period is over. Starting today, if you're caught on camera speeding on Route 13 in the Northeast, you will get a ticket.
This is the stretch from Robbins Street in Mayfair to Morrell Avenue in Morrell Park.
The speed limit is just 25 miles an hour. Tickets start at $100 for anyone going 36 mph or more, and they go up from there.
The Philadelphia Parking Authority says camera enforcement has helped reduce speeding on Roosevelt Boulevard by 95%, and they hope for similar results on Route 13.
