After a few steps and poses for the cameras, a few assistants stepped in and unwrapped the outfit, transforming the dress from pink to aqua blue right before onlookers’ eyes. Fans compared the look to a Disney princess moment like in "Cinderella" or "Frozen."
In his neo-classy way, Reynolds wore a fairly traditional black and white tuxedo allowing his wife and her explosive creation shine. But his suit had some interesting details, including a white bow tie and an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch.
His white shirt/vest mash-up poked over the waistline, so at first-glance it feels like his shirt is untucked – a very subtle nod to Reynolds sense of dry humor.
"The Adam Project” star also made a point to step back and applaud at his wife's entrance proving that he is her biggest fan and champion.
The couple shares three children together: Inez, James, and Betty. But no, they were not hiding under the giant train of Lively’s spectacular gown.
