Katy Perry’s return in officially underway, as the pop star just announced her new single, “Woman’s World,” is set to arrive July 11 -- followed by a music video the next day -- marking the first track off of her upcoming album.

Teasing the song with a 15-second video, Perry held her phone at just the right angle to display her white knit bikini and gunmetal horse hoof boot-chaps as she sings, “Sexy, confident/So intelligent/She is heaven sent/So soft, so strong,” over a Perry-esque pop beat.
Ahead of dropping the teaser, Katy blessed our IG feeds with a photo, striking a pose in the sexy summer, equestrian look, that’s giving Percy Jackson’s Grover vibes, but make it FASHUN. And we’re living for it.
Keeping busy being a mom, mogul, esteemed (now retired) American Idol judge, and her mesmerizing Vegas residency, among many other things, it’s been almost four years since Perry released her fifth album, Smile, in August 2020.
While details remain scarce surrounding her sixth album, which is still currently without a title or release date, it seems Katie recently held private listening party for the project, so it’s arrival can’t be too far off (*fingers crossed*).
