It’s giving vintage, blue velvet, black lace, old Hollywood, pastel, babydoll dreams and will officially live rent free in our heads until the end of time.
Always capturing the pop culture zeitgeist, Kim Kardashian’s shape and lounge-wear line has once again nabbed the icon of the moment. Announcing Lana, whose most recent album, Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under the Ocean Blvd, received five GRAMMY noms, as the face of the brands V-Day collection just two days after the singer was announced as one of headliners at this year’s Coachella Music Festival.
“I’ve been a big fan of Skims since the beginning, so being featured in their Valentine’s campaign is so exciting,” Del Rey said in a statement “Their collection is so pretty and dreamy, which made collaborating with Nadia on the creative so fun. I hope you love it as much as I do.”
The campaign imagery, shot by British photographer Nadia Lee Cohen, features Del Rey styled in key pieces from the Limited Edition collection, including the Velvet Lace Teddy in Periwinkle seen above.
As well as the Cherry Blossom Tonal Fits Everybody lace bodysuit — above, the all-new Woven Shine long lace dress in Onyx —below, and more.
This year, the Skims Valentine's Shop has expanded to over 29 limited-edition collections of intimates, sleep sets and loungewear. All available to shop starting January 23.
