“I love festivals… I grew up in California so I’ve went to Coachella for years now,” he says, going on to list off the handful of other fests Rebelution has played at, including Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, ACL, and Outside Lands, some of which they’ve done a few times. However, Coachella was always missing from that list… until now.

“This is more of like hipper, like whats cutting edge music and we’re kind of more grassroots, so it’s cool that they’re bringing us out,” Marley went on to say. “Obviously California is one of our biggest markets so it makes sense. But yeah, I’m excited to add it to the resume… it’s gonna be fun and everything, but it also has that meaning and that value.”
