If there’s anyone who knows how to stretch out a tease, it’s the guy who’s been telling the world about aliens for years. That's right, blink-182’s Tom DeLonge is back with another tidbit of news about the band’s forthcoming 2023 album.

Adding to the pile of pre-release commotion that the group has offered up after the initial announcement late last year, DeLonge recently told followers that blink-182‘s next -- and best -- will be arriving in mere weeks.
Over the weekend (August 26), Tom, who recently reunited with the band, sent out a short but sweet tweet (or whatever it’s called now) saying the album, as well as a brand new music video, are “only weeks (days) away.”
No release date or further information was included, naturally, except for an obvious tone of relief in his final part of the message: “We are finally here.”
Earlier this week, DeLonge shared another tease in the form of a behind-the-scenes green-screen photo most likely from the above-mentioned music video shoot.
Blink-182 members -- Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus, and Travis Barker officially made their return with 2022's "EDGING," their first track together since 2011's Neighborhoods. “It’s this really cool rebirth of everything, or the best of everything that we’ve done," DeLonge said of the record in progress back in July, "but done the way people always wished we would have done it.”
