While the band's appearance was scheduled last minute, as Coachella and Blink-182 only announced the day before their show, even a seasoned fan wouldn't have noticed. The setlist was clearly planned to space out their iconic hits with new takes and the crowd responded to all of it. The band themselves were at peak performing shape as well, with drummer Travis Barker's finger injuries now healed and bassist/vocalist Mark Hoppus posting, "Chemo to Coachella. Very Much in my feelings today. Grateful to be here."

The 50-minute performance aptly began with their 1999 hit, “Family Reunion” and was quickly followed by the teenage rebelliousness of “Anthem Part Two.” As if to pseudo-comment on the 90s band performing for nearly 30 years, Hoppus then announced with a smirk, “Hi, we’re Blink-182… Welcome to Coachella 2023.” The audience roaring in response to Hoppus only proved the band’s staying power and resurgence. They continued with songs, “Rock Show,” “Feelin This” and “What’s My Age Again?,” until finally debuting their most recent single “EDGING.”

“There’s a lot of testosterone in this s***” Delonge laughed as he announced the song.

And, as it always seems to go, they saved some of the best for last. Back-to-back performances of “I Miss You,” “All the Small Things,” and “Dammit” closed out the show, which had already gone overtime. Hoppus even threw in a brief interpolation of TLC’s hit, “No Scrubs” during the bridge of “Dammit,” cementing the “Pop” in Pop-Punk for the set closer.
