Major changes for 2020 with concern for the Coronavirus causing event cancellations.
"We will be canceling this weekend's large public events," Homeland Security Chief Colin Arnold said.
The mayor says that includes Wednesday at the Square, The Downtown Irish Club Parade, The Irish Channel St. Patricks Day Parade, The Italian American St. Joseph's Day Parade, the Uptown Super Sunday and the Single Men's Social Aid and Pleasure Club Second Line.
"All of these events have been canceled," Mayor Cantrell said.
