Chef Nini Nguyen's family was the 2nd Vietnamese family to move to New Orleans East in the early 70s. Our local celebrity has been on Top Chef, Last Bite Hotel and is now a contestant in "24 in 24: Last Chef Standing" season 2; 24 chefs given 24 challenges in 24 hours.
