As we all slowly recover from what I hope was a wonderful Mardi Gras for you, I wanted to share a little of the fun my kids and I had. We had the best time on board the Snoopy float with the Krewe of Argus in Metairie on Mardi Gras Day!
The kids saw friends in the crowd and I mostly worked as their supplier of throws. And my thighs and back are paying the price now. LOL! Worth every second and I'm so grateful that we're able to do this. A very special thank you to some of the people who specifically said "Magic 101.9" when we rolled by. Made my day. If I missed you with a throw - I'm sorry. If I hit you directly in the head - I'm sorry. (Espcially that 1 JPSO officer - oops!)
I hope no matter how or where you spent your Mardi Gras that it was great and thanks for letting us spend some of it with you. Can't wait till 2024! Actually... I can wait a little while. We could all use the rest. :)
