Hi Co-workers, staying healthy is something I try to focus on both physically and mentally. And with your busy schedule it’s hard to work in a workout right? After a busy day, make some time to listen to Fitness at 5 where we wrap up your day in a Fun and Healthy way with a full hour of fun up-tempo workout songs commercial free. 150 minutes of physical activity is recommended each week, sounds like a lot of time, but it’s not. That could be 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

The good news is that I can help motivate you to go for a walk, jog or bike ride in the neighborhood or do some physical exercise at home with Fitness at 5.
