Seven months ago, Chandler arrived at Northshore Humane Society after a kind Good Samaritan found her wandering homeless. She was severely malnourished, emaciated, and in desperate need of help. Today, she's healthy, thriving, and has blossomed into the beautiful dog she was always meant to be!
