Dolly Parton currently has a Christmas movie on Netflix called Dolly Parton's Christmas on the Square. And if there is any proof that Parton is an actual angel on Earth, she actually saved the life of one of her young costar's during the production of the movie!
While filming the movie, Parton's 9-year-old costar Talia Hill was walking back to set after grabbing a hot chocolate and didn't notice the oncoming car headed right towards her path. Suddenly, an arm grabbed Hill and pulled her back. And who was it? None other than Dolly Parton!
Hill told Inside Edition, "I looked up, and it was Dolly Parton. I was surprised; I was, like, [gasp]. And she’s like, ‘Well, I am an angel, you know.' Cause she plays an angel in the movie. And I was in shock. She hugged me and shook me and said, ‘I saved your life!’ And my mom’s going, ‘Yes, you did, Dolly Parton. Yes, you did!'"
