Terri Irwin, whose husband Steve Irwin died in 2006, is opening up about her current relationship status.
The wildlife advocate recently shared that the late wildlife expert and conservationist was the love of her life and that she is happy staying single, reports Yahoo Lifestyle.

Irwin, 57, spoke with The Courier Mail and said that “I keep saying this, and I think maybe 15 years later people are finally starting to believe me, Steve was it for me.”
She continued, sharing that she “had a big, big love and it was enough for a lifetime.”
Irwin noted that being a “young widow” can create “uncomfortable” situations for other couples, but said that now “my male friends are more comfortable, they can see I'm not chasing them. I'm too busy to chase anybody.”
Despite that, the rumor mill has paired her with several big names, something which she noted is “kind of funny” before rattling off her supposed beaus.
“Let's see, apparently it's all the Hogans — that's Paul and Hulk; Russell Crowe, and most recently, it's Richard Wilkins. I think the most flattering would be Russell because he is such a good person, and a very good friend to our family, and I actually do really love him because he loved Steve and they were such good friends,” she said.
Steve and Terri, who met in 1991 and married in 1992, shared two children. Their son and daughter recently paid tribute to their father on November 15, also known as Steve Irwin Day.
“Thinking a lot about my Dad today and the impact that he made on our planet, inspiring an entire generation,” 17-year old Robert wrote on Instagram.
His sister, 23-year old Bindi, wrote that his “legacy will live on forever.” Steve Irwin died after he was struck by a stingray barb at the age of 44.
