Ouch!: WBZ's Liam Martin gets low marks from kids at local camp

"It was a sad day for Liam."

We sure hope that Channel 4 has a first-aid kit, because morning anchor Liam Martin just got burned.

He recently did a story at New England Base Camp in the Blue Hills for their (Emmy nominated) "It Happens Here" segment, where WBZ news talent get their a close-up look at all the great things going on in the Bay State.

Needless to say, Liam had a tough assignment.

From archery to rock climbing to starting a fire with flint, he was put through the ringer... the story aired... it's all good! Right?

Kids have a long memory.

In a handwritten news report of their own, a kid at the Camp absolutely eviscerated Liam's skills during his time at the camp.

It's tough being a journalist nowadays as it is... now Liam's got to redeem himself. Someone get Bear Grylls on the phone!
