The finalists are in.

The Patriots revealed Tuesday the three finalists for their 2022 Hall of Fame class: Vince Wilfork, Logan Mankins and Mike Vrabel. Fans can vote through May 16.

Out of those candidates, Wilfork seems to be the safest bet for induction. The 2004 first round pick was a stalwart at nose tackle for 11 seasons, winning two Super Bowls and earning five Pro Bowl nods. In addition to his stellar play, Wilfork was a pillar in the community.

He was also a semifinalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s 2022 class.

In many respects, Mankins is the Don Mattingly of the Patriots: one of the few great players of the last 20 years who didn't win a championship here. Mankins earned six Pro Bowl selections at left guard before the Patriots traded him to the Buccaneers in 2014.

Vrabel, now head coach of the Titans, is a finalist for the sixth straight year. He started at linebacker for three Super Bowl-winning teams, and played for the Patriots from 2001-2008.

Vrabel’s Titans were victorious when they visited Foxborough for the Wild Card Round in January 2020.
