At this moment there are 10 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the Austin area and in an effort to slow the spread of this virus, Mayor Steve Adler today announced at noon that all restaurants will close their dining rooms. They can remain open for takeout, delivery and drive-thru customers.
Bars were also ordered to close and gatherings of 10 or more people will be prohibited. More details are available from our sister station Talk 1370.
