Governor Abbott's tweet is about as clear as a Shiner Bock but it does promise that an announcment is coming soon. The "Cheers" gif chosen for the tweet is leading to speculation that Texas bars will soon be allowed to reopen.
Maybe the plywood covering the windows and doors on Dirty 6th will be coming down soon. It would be nice to see more signs of life and ecenomic activity downtown and throughout the rest of Texas.
