Crocs has kicked up it's 'Comfort without Carbon' game becoming 100% Vegan by the end of 2021. Part of their 'Net-Zero Waste by 2030' plan. Making the world more comfortable doing whatever they can to reduce their environmental impact and waste.
Crocs are made from their signature patented material Croslite, a closed cell resin that's plastic & rubber free. By the end of 2021, there will be no leather in the designs. Making them 100% vegan. Plus they'll be made out of 45% recycled Croslite.
Last year during 2020, 85% of all Crocs were sold without boxes. Their low impact journey continues while exploring more sustainable alternatives for packaging. Getting closer to the net-zero waste goal.
Crocs will continue to donate unsold shoes to those in need. Keep investing in recycling programs. Plus purchase carbon credits to offset any remaining emissions. Taking action to reduce the environmental footprint with innovative ways for sustainable practices throughout the entire Crocs business. Comfort without Carbon.
