Texas law requires liquor / package stores to be closed on Sunday, and also closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Days. If these holidays fall on Sundays, then they're closed the following Monday. This means after Saturday 12/23 and Saturday 12/30 liquor stores will be closed 48 hours until the following Tuesday.
