A friend moved into her boyfriend's condo. He owns it and I tried to tell her that could put her in a jam if/when they break up and she ignored me. How can I get her to listen?

People get so excited to live together, they often don't stop to consider what's involved if it doesn't work out. They've never had a relationship where they did NOT break up and they still don't ask themselves this question. The assumption is being unmarried makes everything else easier and in reality it doesn't.
