NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A handful of stars made quite the fashion-turned-political statement at Sunday night's Screen Actor Guild Awards about Russia's attack on Ukraine.
Michael Douglas wore a blue and yellow pocket square, representing the colors of Ukraine's flag.
"This is an acknowledgment of what’s going on in Ukraine," Douglas told Extra. "It’s just an extraordinary democracy and if ever there’s a reason to realize that the separation between a democracy and an autocracy or dictatorship, is now, we have seemed to forgotten that, hopefully this is a reminder of how valuable that is.”
Tyler Perry pinned a blue and yellow ribbon to his custom green Isaia tuxedo. His stylist Ilaria Urbinati posted a photo to Instagram of the ribbon, writing, "SAG Awards prep #standwithukraine."

Actor Jon Bernthal, also styled by Urbinati, teamed his blue velvet Dolce and Gabbana suit with the same ribbon. "This is not the LA Rams,” Douglas told "Access Hollywood," referring to the team's identical colors. "If ever there was a time for us to appreciate what true democracy is, I’m just so proud of what these people of this country have done.”

"Abbott Elementary" star Lisa Ann Walter wore a blue and yellow flower, "The Morning Show" actress Shari Belafonte wore a blue and yellow ribbon, as did Douglas Hodge of "The Great."
