Chicken Tortilla Soup (Serves 4 - 6) Make their signature chicken tortilla soup with all of your favorite toppings at home for a delicious dinner in 20 minutes.

INCLUDES: Red Chile Chicken Broth, Classic Shredded Chicken, Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Fresh Limes, Flour Tortillas and Crunchy Tortilla Strips

ON THE SIDE: Fresh Salsa and Bag of Chips

DIRECTIONS: In large pot, add broth and shredded chicken and heat over medium high until hot. Heat a separate pan over medium high heat. Add tortillas, one at a time, to warm and lightly brown each side about 30-60 seconds per side. To serve, spoon toppings into soup bowls, then fill with steaming hot chicken and broth. Add a spoon of guacamole, a squeeze of lime and crunchy tortilla strips. Serve the warm tortillas on the side for dipping.
